Tessa Beaudin

Tessa was born and raised in North Idaho and has had the pleasure of seeing the area grow. She has an extreme passion for the area along with the people in it! Her devotion to her career in real estate comes from her ability to combine her passions into her profession. She has a substantial amount of experience in customer service, management, organization, and deal-making. Her motivation and appreciation for relationships show in her personal success along with the success of her clients. 

Outside of Tessa’s career in real estate, she is a mother to three beautiful children. They are her world and the source of her passion, patience, understanding, and inspiration! She is extremely active and loves being outdoors, playing sports, traveling, being creative, and spending time with family and friends. 

Katie Frederickson

Katie has an impressive entrepreneurial background working across numerous industries, including finance and tech, the collective experience of which has shaped her into a sharp, detail-oriented businesswoman. Combined with her love of people and deep-rooted belief that relationships matter more than anything, Katie has established herself as a strong, knowledgeable real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience “in the biz.” Born and raised in the Inland Northwest, Katie is a Gonzaga grad with a lot of pride for her community involvement and volunteerism.

She also has a passion for health and fitness, writing, and travel, and in her spare time can be found with her family enjoying the myriad of outdoor and recreational activities available to us in this beautiful region we’re blessed to call home!
